FLSP will conduct its second Michigan Department of Transportation Adopt-A-Highway litter pick-up of 2021 on Tuesday, July 20 at 5 p.m.  Those interested in helping are welcome to join us in the warming shelter parking lot just past the contact station at the Ludington State Park.  We need 10 to 12 volunteers to pick-up trash along the northernmost 2-mile stretch of M-116 FLSP has adopted.  If we have additional volunteers we will add other nearby areas such as the beach, the Lake Michigan beach house access and parking area and so forth. Participants are asked to bring their own gloves and to review the safety video MDOT requires Safety Guidelines for the Adopt-A-Highway Program.  Please register for the event if you plan to attend. If we have inclement weather and need to reschedule, we will send out an email to those that register for this event informing them of the change in plans. If you have any questions, please email Steve Begnoche. Thanks for you continued support!
