Ludington State Park is closed north of the river until July 1, 2025, for road work, parking lot expansion, etc. While the main area is closed, there is still plenty of the park open to explore. You may continue to use the beach shoreline along M-116 leading to the LSP entrance. The Skyline Trail, south hiking trails, and Piney Ridge trails remain open. |
Join us for Brrrewfest 2025 at Legacy Plaza on Saturday, January 25, 2025. Brrrewfest provides funding to FLSP to allow for the addition of many improvements to the LSP, such as the track chairs, kayak launch, and playground. |

Friends of Ludington State Park (FLSP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting wise use and conservation of this gem that is Ludington State Park. FLSP works to support and improve the park through the funding of projects, recreational equipment and interpretive programs and by volunteering to assist park staff on projects and trail clean-up.
