Adopt-a-Trail

There are still a few opportunities to Adopt-a-Trail in the Ludington State Park.  Check out the FLSP Adopt a Trail page that contains information on adopting an LSP trail and helping all of us enjoy it more. There are a total of 23 trails to adopt and the best part is it does not cost you anything beyond your time. 

Adopt-a-Highway Cleanup

The second Adopt-a-Highway cleanup of the season will take place on Monday, July 17 at 5 p.m.  Come out and join the volunteers as they pick-up litter along M-116 leading into the park. You can learn more and register by clicking here.

Blessing of the Boats Success

The weather was perfect on Saturday, June 24 for the Blessing of the Boats event. We would like to thank our friends at Ludington Bay Brewery and Safe Harbor Credit Union for having selected FLSP as the charity partner, and all the volunteers that helped out on the day of the event. Special thanks to the Blessing of the Boats leadership -- Jamie Adam, Jen Merchant, Tracy Walle and Paul Williams. As well as the many local businesses who donated items to the raffle. 

2023 Guest Presenter Series

The 2023 Guest Presenter series sponsored by FLSP has been well attended so far. The 22 events are free to the public and run through Labor Day weekend. Check out the full schedule by clicking here.

No Monthly Guided Hikes During the Summer

The Guided Hike Leaders are taking the summer off. They will resume offering monthly guided hikes in September.
